I've been going to Megan at Keystone Chiropractic for several years and she has kept me feeling great. I suffer from migraines and her treatment has helped me have less migraines of shorter duration. Keystone is great at listening, assessing and explaining spine issues and how they treat with chiropractic care. I appreciate that I have been treated as an individual with unique symptoms and not in a "cookie cutter" way, where every patient receives exactly the same adjustments at each visit, regardless of what is going on in their body. Megan has been an amazing resource for me, her recommendations since my initial consultation on stretching and foam rolling exercises pre-and post workout have helped me immensely. Keystone was very helpful when I was experiencing chronic back pain. They are the first office that I have been to that completed such extensive testing to figure out exactly what was wrong. There was a noticeable change from week to week of my treatment. I no longer have to worry about constant pain. I feel like I have more control over my quality of life.
