I went to this law firm. Their phone number changed and they did not let their paying customers know about it. So I had to e mail them and wait for a response. I was assigned a paralegal, I e mailed her in October. I'm still waiting for a reply back to the e mail. Steps of the case are not discussed in detail. Had I not called them this past week, I do not think anyone would have reached out to me about scheduling my appointment for my documents to get filed. I called two weeks ago and spoke to some secretary who refused to let me speak to someone and said "someone will reach out to you

We haven't finalized yet but Lee Law has been amazing. They've walked us through every step and have been incredibly patient through all of my questions. I would definitely recommend. I had a video appointment with Jason Lynch which went well. He asked for information to be sent before our next meeting. I sent the information reminding him via email of the time issue I had. Four days later he sent me an email saying he would get back to me by the end of the day personally which never happened. Typical blow off.

If I could give zero stars I would. We paid this firm for TWO years. Automatic debit. We hired this firm to help with our student loans. We have paid them THOUSANDS of dollars and our loans are still in horrible shape. Every person from Lee Law that starts helping us either leaves the company or drops the ball. Even the owner assured us he was stepping into take control. Empty words. Our tax return was even taken by our student loans last year and Lee Law neither prevented that nor knew it happened. They scammed us and have just taken our money. I'm actually filing compliant with the Federal

I gave these people $250 for a means test. I gathered all info they needed except for 2 check stubs from the last 6 months. They say they couldn't do nothing for me. So you didn't do nothing at all just took my money. I got laid off I'm a disabled Veteran and I'm on a fixed income I don't have $250 to just give away. This feels like a STRONG ARMED ROBBERY!!! Give me my money back!!! You didn't earn it or work for it

Lee law firm helped me get through my hard times, I had creditors calling me harassing me, and bullied me to the point of tears. When I went to lee law firm they welcomed me, worked with me, answered all of my questions, and explained all available options. I filed my chapter 7 with them, once it was filed, the calls stopped and I no longer felt like I was sinking. They provided me with all the information that I needed to move forward and start reestablishing my credit. I now have a reliable vehicle, and I'm moving forward with my life thanks to them!
