Possibly the worst customer service I have ever had!
I took my boat there for a repair. I was told the was a two week wait for repair. I took it there anywhere. 5 weeks later they had still not even looked at it. So I went and picked it up with no repair. I was told 4 times that they would have it ready in just a couple of days. I even talked to the OWNER and the owners daughter and no one EVER returned ANY OF MY CALLS. Very, VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I would NEVER take them anything ever again !

We're still trying to find some parts for our boat. At this place they did their best to get our parts, although I don't consider it was in a timely matter, but they did. It took way too much time to figure out it was out of stock. They gave us a list of where to get them and I had to keep looking. The service was good. The prices too.

Bought a used boat, my first boat, through Graham Marine. They were very professional. They were very informative on any questions I asked. Even after the purchase they walked me through everything to make sure I was comfortable with all aspects before getting out on the lake. Great shop, would buy from here again!
