Welcome to the "Taste of the South".The Lynchburg Winery is located in beautiful and historic Lynchburg, Tennessee. We are two local families that are both grape growers and winemakers. Many know our town 's name and history, but did you know that for generations, these hollows have been home to many families that make wine.
Now, you have the unique opportunity to taste some of the sweet southern style handcrafted wines, as well as traditional dry and semi-sweet varietals. The Lynchburg Winery is located on the square in downtown Lynchburg right next to the legendary Jack Daniels Distillery. Our grapes are from Washington State making this Pinot a delicate version of Grigio that pairs well with Fish and Poultry.

Services
We are located on the Historic Downtown Square next to the Jack Daniels Distillery. Enjoy a beautiful drive through our rolling hills and hollows as you come and visit. There is plenty of parking on the square and parking at the distillery is only a one block walk to the Winery. Come and visit Monday-Saturday 10 to 5:30 or Sunday 1-5.
Lime, ginger, lemon grass, white florals, and grapefruit with hints of wet white rock on the nose. Dense, and textural in the mouth, with lime, grapefruit, nectarine, almond and honey characters. Our grapes are from Washington State making this Pinot a delicate version of Grigio that pairs well with Fish and Poultry.
Members receive three automatic Wine Club shipments a year with 3 bottles of wine in February, Early May, October. Members choose DRY Club, SWEET Club, or MIX Club. Price per Wine Club shipment: $59.95 plus tax (shipping included). Pick up at the Winery and save $22.50 shipping cost. Members receive three automatic Wine Club shipments a year with 6 bottles of wine in February, May, and October.

Typical winery experience, not an amazing or engaging tasting. Very simple pour description drink repeat. It was not very welcoming when walking up to the tasting counter or upon walking into the winery. Basically in the end I would sum it up as not worth the time if it’s out of the way. If you have a rainy day and need to do something this will fill the time. The wines have good flavors good quality but this place could be so much more and way better. I put this under been there done that don’t need to return but it wasn’t a negative experience.

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful business. I was greeted warmly and they answered my questions graciously. They make a wide variety of alcoholic beverages.
Did a tasting and loved the Muscashine! Woo!
They don't serve food but there are a couple of restaurants in walking distance. They will allow you to bring food and have your drinks there.
Cool kinda loophole. They are located in a dry county. They can sell it because they make it on sight. Can you say juke joint? This place is a cut above a backyard barkeep type situation.

I never thought that I would enjoy wine tastings. I am very new to drinking wine but I absolutely enjoy visiting wineries. We really enjoy Lynchburg Winery and it is conveniently located close to our home. We have become members of the wine club, and receive three bottles of wine each month. This winery is located on the square of Lynchburg Tennessee. The square and winery has a great atmosphere. The wine is awesome. We enjoy the sweet wines. We recommend Serendipity, Ruby Red Slippers, 12 and the Moscato.
