If your looking for a quiet place to rest your head this isn't the place. People yelling and screaming all night long. Management does there best to keep the people out. Rooms are outdated. But rates are the lowest.

The place emphasizes security and safety, very affordable and decent place, would recommend for 1-2 people looking for affordability and decency in that order. Probably wouldn't recommend as family atmosphere, in all honesty, but due to location, not the place itself.

I've been staying here for over 4 months and have not had a problem. When I need my room cleaned they clean it. No prob. Yeah there is some things that go on here that is not up to par but I guarantee you were ever you go in Everett you will have something to say about the strange things going on at night after dark. I think it's great here and I would bring my own mother here. Motel Express Rocks. I'm going to be moving out soon. Thanks for making my stay peaceful and quiet. Bye

I love this "Old School Motel". There is NOTHING Cyber about it. The key to my door IS A KEY!! The carpet is dark so it hides stuff. The other guests are.. how should i say.... colorful! The ice machine works!! The phones have old fashioned push buttons. The TV works and is the only "modern" item in the room. I haven't watched TV in a long time, I don't really care about it.
Stuck people need not apply... it's just not fancy enough😅🎵
I'll be here waiting for my housing and I couldn't be happier. Being on Broadway I'm in walking distance to many places downtown. IT'S JUST AWESOME!

Clean, maid service only 1 a week. Small fridges, small room, on bottom floor. Full size fridges and larger rooms upstairs. Does have laundry room, you pay, but dryers do not work very well, clothes were still damp after 1 hour drying.

UPDATE: we finally went back and they only gave us $200 back. Do not come here. Haha.
Me and my fiancé stayed there a week ago we purchased 5 days for $400. We didn’t even stay one night untill another resident and they’re whole family walks out and starts yelling at us. We, being mature, walk away back up to our room.
Next time we go outside the cops are there and WE get kicked out. And then the “manager” (not wearing shoes) refuses to give us our money back. The Asian lady’s there were very sweet I’ve been calling and waiting to get in contact with THEM. But the “manager” is

Awesome quality for being so cheap. Super friendly. Huge room with good size bathroom and kitchen space. Super clean. I'm only giving a 4 because this is the first hotel I stayed in that didnt have a coffee machine in my room. This place had great quality especially for how cheap it is. They obviously care for their guests.

Management is rude. Will not provide fresh linen, towels or trash bags when requested. They say you must get items from maid between 10am-11am (1 hour window) I told them Im working during that time unable to talk with the maid since I'm not there, they don't care & maintain that I must ask the maid. In the 2 weeks I was there I kept the "maid service" sign on my door and eventually ended up placing a note on the vacuum cleaner asking for service. The 1 day the maid came to my room & opened the door she didn't clean, change linen, or even vaccum. She took my towels saying they were to dirty that

Very nice and accomidating. The staff was wonderful and very helpful in guiding us to the most fantastic spots in Everett. We even were able to help feed the homeless at one of the beautiful churches that Everett has to offer. I highly recommend this long time Everett staples.
