Ordered item which ended up on back order. Cancelled the order after a month and still waiting for a refund since last July. Absolutely terrible!!!! They will take your money and run! You have been strongly warned by myself and others….read reviews. Do yourself a favor and move on unless you don’t mind giving money to people that won’t give you anything in return. I don’t know how people like this can live with themselves, totally scums!

I ordered a supplement, got a notification that it's out of stock until mid-October, submitted a request to cancel the order via two different channels, and...crickets. It's been almost two weeks, so I guess I'll dispute the charge. Buyer beware. It's still listed on the site as available (Progestomend), so people can continue to purchase it, even though it's not available.

Like many other customers here I didn't read the reviews first and paided for it. I made an order over 2 weeks ago and paided almost $10 for 2 day shipping and still haven't received anything. Not a email or nothing. How can a place like this continue to stay in business? I will definitely be filing a compliant with the Better Business Bureau. This rip off place needs to be shut down. People are relying on this stuff. These people care about nobody. This business is a joke and I mean the sad kind of joke. Never ever order from this pathetic business

I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering but at least I did get a response by email (twice) and it says my product was delivered today (I am not home) I ordered it 2 weeks ago and got an order confirmation but no shipping information was forthcoming so I emailed them after a week and was told the product was out of stock despite the online status saying it was in stock. I asked why I wasn't notified as this is a supplement I take daily and would now need to have it expedited from another vendor. Mr. Agati responded and asked if I would like to cancel my order and I said, "yes" since
