Matt Seiple is my go-to guy for home inspections. He has completed three home inspections over the years for my properties as well as radon testing and I would request his services again and again if needed. He is thorough, explains things so I can understand, is responsive and was able to even get things done on very short notice. The report has a great layout, easy to follow. I highly recommend Matt. I've seen other inspector reports but I've always been impressed with his knowledge and descriptions. Thanks Matt!

Matthew is a great inspector and offers great value when purchasing a new home. We have used him twice now, most recently he detected the Oil fired boiler was not operating properly and we ended up getting a brand new system. A big Savings savings for us, and a big thanks to Matt.

Matt was very responsive to my request for a home inspection. We scheduled it a few days later. He did a great job documenting and taking pictures of what he could see inside and out. He explained everything he saw to me in way that I could understand. His price was very fair and reasonable. I received reports very quickly after the inspection and I am very satisfied with his services.

Matt Seiple was communicative in setting up the inspection, and took time during the inspection to explain his initial findings and answer any and all questions that I had.
