Ended up with a flat tire on the thruway in pursuit of the airport for an evening flight when I was directed to The Tire Shop! Was able to explain the situation and my desperation to get to the airport ASAP or miss my flight and the staff (Nick) immediately got me in and fixed my tire! Because of their kindness and hard work I just made my flight!

I've been to several shops in the area. The Tire shop treats you honest, fair, and got me out within an hour on the weekend too. Unlike my dealership they listen and dont put miles on your odometer when your not looking. I would recommend to anyone looking for a prompt and experienced team. If its wheel related look no further! They will keep you rolling!

I hit something on the Thruway and my low tire pressure indicator came on. Put in air at Amsterdam, and again at Fultonville. Got off at Canajoharie and got directed to the Tire Shop. Only waited 15 minutes for them to pull the tire-- it was not repairable. Bought a new tire, mounted, balanced and rotated 2 matching tires to the front. Back on the Thruway in less than an hour. Hottest day of the year-- I was asked three times if I would like a cold drink or if I needed anything. Small town service and hospitality. Awesome.

These guys are amazing! I got a flat tire on the NY state Thruway late Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend and they took care of me. Not only were they the only place anywhere near there that had the right size tire in stock they actually stayed open an extra hour to give me time to get my car towed in so they could replace it. It's good to know there are still great people out there!

I had purchased 4 studded snow tires mounted on steel wheels from Tire Rack (The Tire Shop is a preferred installer) and then I hit a deer with my car and thought it might be totaled.
I called Tire Rack and they said, no problem, they would refuse the delivery.
Bad news! The UPS driver just dropped the tires outside and ran off. The Tire Shop called me and were super apologetic that this had happened. However, in the interim hour between calls, the insurance company told me my car would be repaired.
I told the guys at The Tire Shop that it would likely be two weeks before

We have to really thank the guys at the tire shop. We were traveling the Thruway when all of a sudden our tire lights on the dash lid up. We just had brand new tires put on the car. Rather than continue traveling we pulled off and pulled up their store on yelp. We went right in and they helped us exceptionally. Turns out the tires were just over inflated. They resolve the issue and sent us on our way safely.

My sweetheart was headed back to Boston when 'low pressure' light came on near exit on thruway. I called the Tire Shop and explained the problem and gentleman's response ? " no problem, we will take care of her. " So helpful and so fast. I wish they were closer to where I lived! You just don't get this kind of service any more..... unless you stop in to The Tire Shop!
