He became a CFP professional in 1993 and has at least 20 years experience in investments, insurance and tax preparation. Austin has been my financial advisor for almost three years. After receiving an inheritance five years ago and not being happy with another financial advisor (non-fiduciary), we contacted Brendan and his team for advise. Brendan took the time to sit down with us, reviewed our portfolio, inquired about our retirement strategy, and offered his opinions. We decided to allow Toomey Investment to strategize and manage our retirement. Even after several withdrawals, our portfolio is larger than the initial investment from five years ago. After retiring in late 2016 I talked with previous retirees about retirement planning and advisors that they were using that were local. I did not wish to continue on my own using web services (so cold and not personal). I wanted to relax and enjoy retirement.
