A rock from a lawn mower broke a back side window on my minivan, I contacted a nation wide window repair company and scheduled a replacement for a week after the window was broken. They called me at the time of my appointment to tell me they didn’t have the window in stock, but they would have it before I had to drive across country in 10 days, a few days later I called, still no window and no instillation appointments until 3 days after I had to leave. I visited them to get my front store door glass replaced but I ended up buying new door from them. However, they had poor timing and when the time came to pick up my door they said it doesn’t come with handle or even a complete lock and when I expressed that too them the old man and the lady on front desk got so upset and told me take it or leave it. They were very rude and unprofessional they just want to take the money and doesn’t matter to them if you like the job or not.

I found them on Google after getting no response from another glass company for 3 weeks. I liked the fact that they were a family-owned business. I talked to one of the owner's (maybe the wife?) and she coordinated one of her employees to come out and measure our table. He came out measured it gave me a quote but didn't plate (or pattern) the table when he measured it. I told him I was in a time crunch and they thought they would be able to get it done. They were going to come out on Wednesday, I was told they could be there at first thing in the AM. I called at 8:30am to get an update ... I work
