Steve and his team are profesional. From the very beginning of discussion of what our needs are to the set up! Accommodated all my request and even informed me of things i didn't even think of like tables and chairs. I used his services for two bounce houses! Everything was great! I have already contacted him for another party coming up!

Arrived before the time I requested which was great! The two gentlemen that delivered chairs/bouncy house settled everything in just how I asked. They were very considerate about my grass/plants getting damaged. Great service! Thank you for making my event more fun, than expected. Def will be needing you guys for my next event!

I rented a snow cone machine and popcorn machine from the JumperStore for our neighborhood block party. Everything was great and easy! I received confirmation via email upon ordering, received a call the day before related to drop off time and was able to ask last minute questions, the machines were delivered on time, I received instructions, and everything was picked up in a timely manner the day of the event. Great company. I will certainly use this company again next year!

We hosted a party for our 1 yr old and got the bounce house for our 3 yr old. The JumpStore provided the Magic Castle with slides as well as tables and chairs for adults and children. We also got the package with a snow cone maker but didn't get the chance to use it. That was our fault because we underestimated how intense the other components of the party would be.
The JumpStore was incredibly responsive and professional. We absolutely will use them again and again.

The JumperStore is amazing! I reached out last minute to rent an inflatable water slide for my son's birthday (double digits). Steve was extremely helpful and accommodating-he understood the importance of the event for me any my family and despite it being short notice and a holiday he made it happen! Delivery and setup was timely and efficient; pick up was the same. The inflatable was clean and in great condition (unlike others I have used in the past). We will surely rent again! Thank you!

Glad I decided to go with these guys after seeing their Yelp reviews. I experienced excellent customer service from the moment I first called them. Steve was very helpful and accommodating when we had to postpone the party due to the weather. The setup/tear down guys were also quick and on time. I would highly recommend them.

We rented a medium sized bounce house for our backyard birthday party and had a great experience with the jumper store! The communication was great leading up to our event, I received a few emails that provided all the details of delivery, pricing, cancelation. Being able to cancel at the last minute due to weather was a great option (thankfully we didn't have to!).

My daughters birthday party was yesterday on the 26th and as well all know rain pretty much took over the day. I reserved a medium bounce house for her backyard party. The rain let up thankfully. I believe I spoke with Steve the day before and the day of. He kept in contact with me due to the weather to see how things were going to play out. Needless to say everything went without a hitch. Awesome experience with the Jumper Store! We rented a bounce house for our micro school's Field Day and it was a hit! The crew arrived on time, disinfected it in front of us, gave us instructions and then picked it up on time as well. We look forward to the next rental- my daughter is talking non stop about how awesome it was!

I rented a Unicorn bounce house for my daughter's birthday and the whole experience was fantastic. They showed up right when they said they would to set up the bounce house, and picked it up after our rental time - so easy. It was also in great condition and very clean, which was a relief since it's hard to know exactly what you'll get when it shows up. I would definitely recommend using this company.

We had a great experience with delivery, pick-up, and product for my son's second birthday. Due to COVID-19, my son ended up being the only kid at his party but we bounced all day anyway. The team dropped off early, picked it up on time, and wore masks at both. The owner was super responsive throughout the process. Would rent again and highly recommend.

The Jumper Store was awesome! Trust me when I say that bounce houses aren't just about the cheapest place to get them. It truly comes down to the service and also quality of the jumper too. The Jumper Store is great with communication before hand and then at pick up time. Also, they COMPLETELY disinfected everything when they set it up. It wasn't just a 2 minute sanitization either, they spent like 10+ minutes cleaning the entire thing out. We'll definitely rent our future bounce houses from The Jumper Store, thank you!

I wanted to rent a bounce house for my niece's 5th birthday. The Jumper Store had the best reviews and pricing. Everything was great from start to finish. Easy online ordering, called me the day before to confirm a time, asked if a wanted a free update (umm, yes please!) and also asked if we want to keep the bounce house overnight for free - also yes! We had the bounce house until 2pm the following day, so basically got a free extra day out of our rental. The staff who set up were quick, friendly, and did a very thorough job sanitizing it.

This has been the best choice we’ve made this summer. We’ve rented waterslides a couple of times this summer for the kiddos. Despite all the craziness going on in world, The Jumper Store has helped us bring so much fun to our backyard. Steve and Angel have gone above and beyond to help find the perfect Slide for us. They make sure the staff thoroughly cleans and disinfect all the equipment before they leave. We’re hooked.
