Our website went down Sunday after we tried to update plugins for WordPress. EZ-NetTools responded to our help request the next day.
Tyler from tech support quickly restored us to functionality. Then he found and fixed the problem, suggested new plugins, configured them, and had us completely updated and working in less than an hour.
Tyler is a great professional; courteous and helpful.

Even though their responsibility was to create and maintain our website, they went above and beyond to take care of other issues. Our emails weren't working properly on our cell phones and Steven Monson took hours out of his busy day to work with us until the problems were resolved. These guys are the greatest.

I am extremely satisfied with the new web site Steven Monson build for our business. He was so great to work with. I am not computer literate and he was so patient with me and then teaching me how to do things. I called almost every day in the process and he was so eager to help. I would definitely recommend him to do any business website. I have had lots of comments from my clients of how nice it looks and what an improvement he made with all his suggestions.

I have worked for EZ-NetTools for many years and I know that this is a company that works hard for you and your business. Very good experience overall! We have two sites with EZ-NetTools, one for our main Distributor company, and one for our sister company. We've gotten raves reviews on both sites. The mobile friendly version looks great also, and I'm glad we decided to add that feature....very valuable!
Steve at EZ-Net talked me through all of the steps to making our site work well in regards to aesthetics and functionality. Very knowledgeable. What a change over our last web developer who charged us large monthly fees for a site that was sub-par!
