My wife and I want to thank Frank for helping us with our computer.
For instance, when your car is broken, you would like the best mechanic.
If the roof of your house has a leak, wouldn't you like the best roofer?
In my experience, I did not just find a professional but also a very kind person, attentive and willing to help us.
On the same day he took our computer and worked late night to fix it.
And surprisingly he gaves us a reasonable price.
We were able to go back home, connect our computer and one more time to enjoy our memories!

I brought in my laptop that wasn’t t working and it would shut off randomly. He was able to fix it and was very communicative in explaining what was wrong with it. He was very honest and helpful, which is rare to find here in Miami. I highly recommend him if you’re having any issues with your computer and his prices are fair.

Frank goes above and beyond, not only repairing/installing new hardware on my gaming PC in great time. He takes the time to answer any questions and make sure your device leaves working 100%. It is very rare to find someone that is not only extremely knowledgeable about his field, but treats your equipment like its his own. I will be taking all my future devices to Frank.

When my laptop suddenly died, Real Tec Media was the only place open. Frank quickly answered my call and was upfront about the standard diagnostics fee. I agreed and took my laptop to him. There, after trying different things, he gave me the bad news: my laptop was not salvageable but instead of recommending further diagnostic workup or needless repairs to charge more, he rather took time to give me advice on how to retrieve the data from my hard drive. He's profesional, pleasant, and trustworthy. I highly recommend him! Will definitely return for all my laptop repair needs.

I cannot say enough of Frank’s kindness and expertise !!! The day before my bar exam, my computer completely crashed. Frank was the only one there to help me when others turned me away or tried to take advantage of the emergency situation. He stayed until very late into the night working to resolve the problem and if it wasn’t for him I literally could not have taken the bar exam! I am here 2 days later and can tell you I finished the bar exam! My computer worked perfectly and seamlessly without a problem!!! I owe him so much ! Before I took it to him I went to geek squad who told me the wrong

We took a pretty new laptop with a damaged screen and Frank was able to find the part online very quickly right in front of us. We paid for the part and just waited for his call. The part took longer than expected to arrive but he kept us updated all the time. As soon as the part arrived he called us to bring the laptop back and he fixed it the same day and the laptop was as good as new. I will definitely recommend his services to anybody.
