Honestly they were the first time I’ve hired a demolition company. Mike and the guys at 1st demo were amazing!!! They went above and beyond the contract in my opinion. Super fast and extremely clean. Anytime I work in their area Mike will be my first call for sure. Thanks 1st Demo Inc.

We hired 1st Demo Inc to back fill our abandoned pool. This project required permits, soil engineer and an experienced demolition co. in certified pool backfilling. They came out the very next day to look at job, within a few days they had an estimate. 1st Demo Inc. knew exactly what needed to be done, what dirt was needed and which equipment to use. They helped guide us through the process and looked out in our best interest. They worked well w/soil engineer and passed compaction tests at every phase without fail, impressive! Their crew was great, respectful and hard working. I Highly recommend

1st Demolition has been working for our construction company, Build Maliview. Mike, the owner, is personable, on time for meetings and a pleasure to work with. He is dependable, has fair prices, communicates with the superintendent and at the end of the job, makes sure the project is left clean and tidy. I highly recommend 1st Demolition.
