I just happened to stumble upon them, but Jeff completely understood our needs as a company and was able to keep it simple for my supervisor, but still provide the services I needed to keep our office running smoothly. Their remote help has been a godsend to me and my efforts to manage IT. I highly recommend them.

TH2 Technologies has provided excellent service to the company that I work for since 2013. Prior to this, we had an antiquated server that continually crashed, and our IT support was unreliable. TH2 completely overhauled our IT infrastructure and brought us into the 21st century! Thanks to them, we have mitigated risk through new hardware, and our information is protected behind a robust firewall. Heartbroken when my external hard drive started smoking and knowing I had just lost all of my sons images from this past year... school, baseball, family trips etc... I was devastated! TH2 recovered all my files!!! Jeff is definitely an expert in his field! Kristen was so compassionate, very understanding and she helped me throughout the whole process. I want to recommend Jeff and Kristen at the highest level. Their service is tremendous and they pride themselves on superior customer service. Their team are all top notch when it comes to diagnosing problems and recommending solutions. I was a victim of having my personal phone remotely wiped out from my old employer. Yes, my last day after I resigned, my phone was wiped out...I lost all my pics of my children over 7 years plus pics of my mom before she passed away. I was so devastated, I didn't know what to do. Unfortunately a nasty virus wiggled its way into my computer. Yet I had the good fortune of using the services TH2 Technologies to solve my problem.
