I contacted this company for my mom. This all started over 7 months ago! My mom still has no lymphedema pumps! They promise you the world and don't follow through! Nobody ever answers their phones! I got all the information for them and still nothing! Alexa is the rudest person EVER! TJ promises he'll get back to you and doesn't. If I had to guess I'd say this is a scam company! We are monitoring my mom's Medicare to make sure they don't phony bill them. Beware!

I had an appointment set up for me on Saturday at 10:00 am. The setup person called 30 prior to scheduled time and Informed me that he could not come today because they had supplied the wrong paperwork. I was Informed someone would call me in a couple of days. I reached out to them on several occasions and left messages. Today is the third business day and no one has yet to return my call. So I have a device sitting in my house that can not be used and is just taking up space for over a week. Poor customer service. How much time would it take to return a telephone call?

Hands down the best place I have ever worked for!!! Upper management really cares about their staff and are willing to help any way they can! The team is always willing to work well with one another and do what they can to help their patients get the medical attention they need and deserve! They are also super open minded to your opinion and allow you the space to get things done the best way for you and your team! If you are offered the opportunity to work here you would be silly to turn it down!
