Beautiful new construction home located in the brand new Ivy Trace Subdivision in Jonesborough. This all brick home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with approx. 2,704 fin sq ft. The split bedroom plan has a gorgeous living room with hardwood floors, fireplace and a beautiful tray ceiling. The kitchen features granite countertops, lots of cabinet space, a large pantry, and black stainless steel appliances.

Richard Tucker built my new home last year. We struggled to find something that we liked in the location that we would prefer. A friend referred me to Richard. I called him and he sent me the location of a house he was building that was perfect for us. We love our home and location. Richard has been instant in his responses to help us after purchase with small things that needed to be polished up after the build. He is a great guy, super professional, and a man of his word. Highly recommended!

Buyers beware...we recently retired and bought a home built by Tucker Home. It looked great prior to move in, but we found out that the quality is poor. Many of the electrical outlets don't work properly. The exterior doors don't close properly - we've never been able to use the deadlock on one of the exterior doors because it doesn't line up with the hole in the jamb, the rest have large gaps. They didn't supply missing pieces of porch railing. We had to beg for the master bathroom drain cover. The kitchen stove has no ventilation. Et cetera. In addition, they're unresponsive once you've cleared
