Services
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art used for both combat and self-defense. In English, Tae translates as 'foot', Kwon means 'fist' and Do means 'path' or 'way', so essentially Taekwondo is the 'way of the foot and fist'. The sport concentrates on fast, high power kicks supported by a series of blocks, punches, and open hand techniques.
Our Little Lions classes are for children from four to seven years of age. Students learn basic Tae Kwon Do techniques, with an emphasis on discipline, focus and respect. Little Lions classes provide an opportunity for children to gain self confidence and develop learning skills, all while having fun!
Our school is located in the Midway Shopping Center behind La Tonalteca Restaurant, next to Schagrin Gas. From Rehoboth Beach and points south, take Route 1 north past Route 24 and turn right at the stoplight in front of Tanger Outlets. From Five Points and locations north, take Route 1 south past Route 9 and turn left after Delaware Distilling Company at the stoplight in front of Tanger Outlets.

Nice little place here. They teach my kids respect and they have fun there as well. In regards to the 1 star review I see, if he only cared about money he wouldn't be in this business.

The guy that runs the place only cares about money. If you are working out here for fun, that shouldn't be an issue. But if you are serious about martial arts keep moving. This place is not the place to practice seriously.
