I made an 8am appointment for a mouth guard impression and a filling replacement. I blocked the whole morning away from the office. When I got there, Brian wasn't in and told the ladies to just do the impression and he would do the filling when i came back in for the fitting of the guard. It was really unprofessional and i cannot even imagine if i had cancelled. There was no explanation except that he "wasnt in" so i can only imagine he was up late watching the Bills game. Now i have to take another morning off of work to go and get the filling fixed. If he ever does that to me again, i will take

Dr. Kritzman and his staff are the best! I've had teath issues for most of my life, but now that I have been a patient for 5 years, we have been on amazing plan of prevention that has included ZERO cavities in that same amount of time. Of course, some of that is on me for being healthier, but I couldn't have done it without Brian's support, knowledge, and encouragement! The best overall experience is that I have never made to feel bad about my past mistakes :)

I love having my teeth cleaned by Linda! She's so gentle, and makes me feel relaxed every time. Dr Kritzman does an excellent job every time and Nancy is incredibly sweet and friendly! The art all around the office is beautiful and very calming. Perfect dentist office for anyone who gets nervous or anxious going to the dentist!

Dr. Kritzman has an excellent, calming bedside manner and performs his work in a gentle way. I had to have extensive work done and that's what allowed me to hang in till we were finished. The rest of the team - Nancy, Linda and Larissa are also all amiable and knowledgeable in their respective fields. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but this team has managed to make this necessity MUCH more palatable. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

I will be the first to admit- I am an absolute nightmare as a dental patient. If I had the option of switching places with the dentist and having to work on myself or amputate a toe, I'd say goodbye to the toe and get to work.
I have major dental anxiety, a bad gag reflex and a complete bad attitude towards dentists in general. I'm pretty convinced that they were just put on this earth to torture you with sharp, shiny instruments and cause you general discomfort and anxiety. I've even rationalized not going to the dentist by stating that they may slip and jam their aforementioned

Kritzman was my dentist for 3 years while I was in Rochester. He did a fair amount of substantive work on my teeth while I was a patient there (crowns, etc.) and I generally felt like he was very trustworthy and really took my needs and concerns seriously.
The office is well run and the staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. The office manager and hygienist are all very personable and conversational.

Nancy is one of the best people to meet when you first walk in the door. She is always so friendly! I have been terrified of the dentist for years and Dr Kritzman has never made feel anything but comfortable when I walk into the office. I have become less anxious and nervous going to the dentist and while I will never say I enjoy going, I definitely love the people and the dental care they provide. I recommend them to everyone!
