Short story: Precision Window Tinting, especially Bryan, does incredible work and they were amazing. Tints helped with lowering temperature, brightness (naptime), and privacy for the kids room. Highly recommended!
Longer story: I bought a 4 floor townhome, and noticed last year how hot the sun made the kids bedrooms on 4th floor so much warmer and the temperature difference between their rooms based on where the sun was made managing temps hard as one will be hotter if sun was east and other when on the west. Fast forward to winter, I began researching companies to use for tinting, I stumbled

I used Precision to install privacy frost for a new Pilates studio. From the first correspondence to the last, Bryan was extremely responsive and professional. I don't think I ever waited longer than 15-20 minutes for a response to an email or a phone call. We contacted at least 5 other companies in our search and 4/5 were very unresponsive, unprofessional and overpriced to say the least. We are very happy with the frost installation. Bryan did a great job applying the frosted film to our glass front door and bathroom window in our townhouse. It provides great privacy, but still lets in a considerable amount of light -- not to mention looks really good. The service was top notch. Quick response, showed up on time, quality installation. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for residential window frosting or tinting.

Buyer beware.
Putting tints on windows can indeed cause them to crack when the temperature changes. This happened to me on a large 17th story custom condo window, a huge crack that we lived with for several weeks. The glass was double hung and the tint keeps the pieces "taped" together so to speak. But Precision had to come out to inspect, then we needed to schedule 2 more inspections to get an estimate for their insurance company. Then weeks later a crew came out to remove and replace the entire window, then Precision had to come out again to put the tint on this replacement piece

These guys tinted a semi-circular window that allowed too much light in my bedroom. After they finished doing a very clean and professional job, I commented that I can see the tint has been installed but I also hardly notice it. They picked a good film. It blocks much light but does make my place look like a limo.

We were very pleased with Precision Tinting. From the initial visit for a quote to the installation, there was nothing but professionalism and care for not only our windows, but the areas around and leading to them. Professional, clean and respectful. No pressure or hype either. Gave us good advice on which product to use, gave us a quote, and didn't give us a high-pressure pitch or call us incessantly to make a decision "Now!" Would definitely recommend.
