I went there for interview the lady was very rude at the desk im just sitting waiting no one never came and got me for the interview so unprofessional pitifully

My dad passed away 11/10/21, and he would have lived longer if he was not in this facility. He was poorly taken care of. He suffered from severe respiratory problems. The air conditioning broke during the summer, and the facility would not get it repaired. There have been many instances when a nurse or aide would not come for at least 4 hours after he requested help or assistance.
Trying to communicate with the staff during his last week was extremely stressful and upsetting, for they made false promises to call and update us on his health. We finally did receive an update, but the nurses we talked

Great Physical therapy here! The place has upgraded a lot lately. Private medicare rooms. The room sizes are bigger then most facilities.

They have taken amazing care of my Grandpa....he loves it there and we could not be more pleased with this facility and the staff...specially the social worker. She goes above and beyond to make sure all residents get the care they need!

Food is served cold and some of the staff use foul language around the people they are caring for plus they don't check after someone puts the call button on something needs to be done

We can’t say enough good things about the care Mom received at Chalet of Niles. The staff was compassionate, accomodating, and efficient, going above and beyond. They treated her like family. The facility was clean and bright. There were always activities going on, and residents were given many opportunities to socialize and participate. Thank you all!

Words can NOT explain how bad I felt the treatment was for a friend of mine there last weekend. I have no doubt they lied on his food intake charts. Three days was enough for me to get him out of there. Very poor excuse for a rehabilitation business!

My Mom was only there for five days and passed away but the care and compassion that she and we received from all of the staff we felt was outstanding. We would recommend the facility to anyone. So many caring residents as well. Thank you to each and everyone who had a part in Mom's care.

My 96 year old mother was here for the last three months of her life. Mom was no easy case to take care of, but this place worked very hard to keep her comfortable and clean. Most of the workers get to feeling very close to their patients. Several of them were with us with mom at the moment of her death, and cried real tears with us. I never ate one bite of the food, but it did really look and smell very good.
