The John Baylor ACT Prep class that I took helped me increase my ACT score, allowing me to earn an extra $5,000 per year of scholarship money! Without this class that the Central High School Foundation paid for, there is no way college would be affordable for me. I am very grateful to the Central High School Foundation for this opportunity.

Since 1859, Central High School has offered educational excellence and personal growth to all of its students. The Central High School Foundation was established in 1996 to provide support for present and future Central High School students to ensure the tradition of excellence continues. Contributions of time, energy, and resources are essential to preserve and enhance the timeless values.

Generation "C" is the official support group recognized by Central High School. Gifts to this Annual Giving Campaign allow the Foundation to provide for the emerging needs and challenges of Central High School. These unrestricted funds give the Foundation the flexibility to meet the greatest needs of Central, while allowing you to support your favorite school!
A memorial gift is a thoughtful way to celebrate a special occasion or to honor family or friends. The Central High School Foundation's Honor and Memorial Gift Program allows you to recognize individuals, couples, groups, special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries, or someone's passing. When you make a memorial gift, a personalized card and acknowledgment is sent to the individual or family being honored.
Established in 2011 with the inaugural contribution of Stanford Lipsey, CHS 1945, the Legacy Fund allows a donor to provide a financial contribution to the areas of greatest need at Central High School. The funds are endowed to create a permanent source of support to ensure the Tradition of Excellence continues for future generations.
