The worst service ever. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you liked to ripped off. In the name of Microdermabrasion, they do stuff that are irrelevant such as cleansing, Scrubbing, steaming and everything last a min or less including the microdermabrasion procedure itself . The staff doesn't know English except the person answering the phone at front desk. Its better to pay same amount of money at a franchise like "Dermani" where a experience consultant can offer a better service than these folks who aren't the professional.

Had lipo 360 in Miami September 30th first and last cosmetic procedure ever for me lol but for real. I had been trying to find someone to do my lymphatic drainage massages so the first person did NOT use any oils which made the massages very painful and uncomfortable. I had a lot of fluid buildup which caused a lot of hardening and it just wasn't what I needed and expected being these massages aren't suppose to be excruciatingly painful so of course after the second massage I didn't go back. I found Bella Forever Med Spa and the have been nothing short of amazing, Natalia is who does my massages

So I went to this place 3 times after my bbl in Miami - my massage therapist was good at that point - even though the lymphatic messages hurt in which I was told they do not suppose to hurt .and when I was in Miami for my first 6 they did not hurt . They are completely Spanish speaking establishment which o have no problem with . But the last appointment, I called 15 minutes in advance to let them know the interstate in which I was to jump on was closed of course by no fault of my own was closed - just to give them a heads up - the person who answers the phone seemed to have a high attitude and

J-O-S-E-L-I-N is AMAZING!!!!! I recently got a lipo 360 and BBL and went to get messages from another place in sandy springs that was recommended to me. I still felt sore, swollen, hard in certain areas and over all did not feel better once I left so I searched for a new location and came upon Bella Forever. Bella forever med spa is a true blessing!! I’ve been using them a little over three weeks now. After getting a mommy makeover for lymphatic massages. All of the staff here are amazing and knowledgeable. They really make you feel welcomed and appreciated like family. I’m so glad I found this place.. I always enjoy my visit to this spa. Every therapist who attended to me has been attentive, courteous and professional, but I have a favorite. I love Natalia's disposition, energy and spirit as she performs my services. She is so thorough and really takes care of every area that needs attention. She is keen and misses nothing. What an incredible place! Everyone is incredibly nice and professional. I came for lymphatic massages after plastic surgery and I’ve been so happy with the results and technique used. I feel so better when I leave. Beautiful place, looks small from the front but is actually bigger then you think! Thank you for the amazing service. I will absolutely be back!
