I ordered flowers from another place yesterday morning with instructions to be delivered by 5pm to a business. That company never even sent my order out or gave me an update. I call Melanie's at 10am this morning and asked if she could squeeze in a delivery before 11 today due to the place closing early. Not only did she have something perfect for what I wanted she personalized it fast with the truck being loaded before I called and had it there with plenty of time to spare. 100% will recommend and use in the future!

I have used Melanie's for all my floral needs....funerals, birthdays, work, anything flowers means Melanie's. However, today she outdid herself. My husband uses her too for any flowers he sends me. The bouquets are always awesome....beautiful, perfect for the occasion and unique. Today for Mother's Day, he ordered a bouquet of peonies. Not your normal everyday flower. The bouquet I received made me cry, it is so beautiful! Peonies remind me of a vintage flower....an heirloom flower, if you will. The greenery and filler is the perfect complement to the peonies. I made a call to this florist on Friday spoke with April was the first time I've ever called them explain the situation she was very attentive and empathetic.she sent out a bouquet of flowers that same day with a beautiful arrangement picked out by April and her team. great job thank you

My husband is a truck driver and he is gone alot. He called Melanie and she hooked him up! She called him several times to make sure everything was ok with what she was doing. She was very caring, thoughtful and patient. When they were delivered, I was so surprised and at awe with the arrangement! They were so beautiful! I recommend her for all your flower arrangements! You will not be disappointed! Thank you so much Melanie!!

After BAD experiences from a long established Palatka florist for 2 different funerals over the last 5 years, I am sooooo pleased with my aunt's recommendation for Flowers by Melanie!!! The 3 arrangements my family & I ordered for a service were absolutely gorgeous, fresh, and well arranged. I called about a small mistake I made when ordering online, and Alicia was so kind, polite, patient and professional! During a tough time, she was a bright spot in the day.
