The air conditioning aspect of the heat pumps was fantastic this summer. I turned on one of the heat pumps yesterday and the room became comfortably warm very quickly. Now I am looking forward to seeing some savings on my heating bills this winter. I would like to extend a note of thanks and appreciation for a product and service well done.

The entire team at Heat Pumps is professional, punctual, and they truly care about doing what is right for the customer. The office staff is very pleasant to deal with and will try to trouble shoot issues over the phone/email and they return phone calls/emails in a timely manner. The certified service technicians also go out of their way to get the job done and make their customers happy. Heat Pumps Unlimited was instrumental in helping fix another local HVAC company's mistakes who only cared about getting the sale and refused to fix our units which were under warranty. A family run company that values the customer. I called and they were booking appointments 2 weeks out. I explained I really needed it sooner due to a trip. They were able to squeeze me in a few days after my call. On the day of my appointment it was the owner who and he was on time, pleasant, and took the time needed to explain everything to me. They will be my go to for any future needs!

It has taken me a week to write a review for this company because quite frankly, I was left speechless.
As part of our huge home renovation, central AC was a must on my list. Unfortunately, we had many contractors coming out to the house, and almost never followed up with a quote. Mitch was on time and provided a quote for me within a week.
They worked well with the MassSave partnership and were able to get the paperwork done in a very timely manner. Work started last Monday and was completely done by Wednesday, as promised.
They had an entire crew of workers and were able to get all 3 floors
