This store is adorable, and full of really cute items.
However, my experience there last weekend was not great. I went with a friend, and we both felt like we were being followed around by the woman working at the store. It didn't feel helpful or friendly, but like we were being watched to make sure we weren't shoplifting.
The final straw was when we were looking at some items in a display basket. My friend was thinking of buying four of them for gifts. While we were looking at them, the woman working in the store walked over, moved the basket and started "rearranging" the

I was so excited to come in here since everything in the store looked super cute but I just ended up being super disappointed. I bought these two rings for my sister and I and the total ended up being $34. These were gorgeous! But as soon as I got home it was already broken (I put it on right away and j rode the bus home, nothing crazy). Same for my sister she put it on carefully and it fell apart! Its a shame because of i would of loved to shop here again but never again for cheaply made overpriced items.

Today I went to Kira for the second time. I was looking for a gift for my friend and started looking around.
I was with my toddler and he was behaving nicely.
The lady then asked me what I was looking for and I told her that I was browsing for a gift and deciding what to get.
After this she gave me their business card and told me to check online and to call then and she would reserve what i want.
And then she "kicked" us out..
The store wasn't crowded and I was actually looking to spend a nice amount of money, but after being asked to check online and to leave I'll not for

This is an awesome store, full of the most adorable items. I own a business in the neighborhood and have quickly come to find Kira as a favorite when looking for gifts for the kids in my life. This shop is playful, colorful, and fun. Plus the own designs her own graphic prints for kids gear and adult tees. This boutique is a wonderful asset to the Inner Sunset! I love shopping here. xoxo

I stopped in this little shop around 1:30 pm on 10-10-19. It's such a cute place with items you wouldn't find at other locations. I had a few things in mind to buy while I was browsing. The cashier was in such a hurry to take her break that she rudely rushed me out. Basically saying if she couldn't help me choose something, she "needs to take her break". So sad! I don't live far and thought I found a new place to get unique gifts...NOT!Needless to say, I will not return. I do get that there are laws for breaks but Gesh!!! This sweet little boutique has some really special finds; it is one of my favorite stores to shop for unique gifts.
On their customer service-- they went beyond my expectations. I recently purchased a purse here and unfortunately it was defective (manufacturer issue). The ladies at Kira were so helpful, working with the manufacturer to replace my bag.

Hayes Valley shopping just got even more fun! This is the cutest little boutique store with the coolest kids wear. I have been a huge fan of Kira goods for such a long time, I'm so excited that they now have a shop in San Francisco (the Los Altos shop is amazing too if you're the Peninsula type)!
Not only are Kira brand clothes so cute, comfortable and made of exceptional quality, the actual store has awesomely sourced toys and accessories if you're looking for additional gifts for the little ones. I love supporting local businesses and owners with such passion for what they do
