Eric Benitez

Eric is a local from across the Brazos River! He grew up in Hempstead, TX where the watermelons are as big as a baby calf! At 12 years old, he started working in his parent's restaurant washing dishes and mopping floors. He missed out on a few pick up football and basketball games but little did he know that he would go on to pick up business, customer service, and marketing skills from helping out at the family business!

Eric has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals of homeownership. He brings 11 years of experience in real estate transactions, customer service, and market knowledge. After graduating from Sam Houston State University in 2010, he knew he was going to be in the real estate industry.
