As the only daughter in the family, my father wanted my "BIG DAY" as special as they come. At Sunset Bluffs we got just that and more! We exchanged our vows against a backdrop of bluffs and water on the sand surrounded by those who mattered most. We were excited the moment we stepped foot onto Sunset Bluffs! This was EXACTLY where we knew we had to get married! We were looking for a venue that showed a piece of who we are as a couple and this property did just that. The atmosphere Fredrick created is truly breathtaking; from the bluffs, the sunsets, the lake and sandy beach we felt at home. The staff really do care about you and your guests and their love of the space shows in all the little details they've created to make it beautiful. Sunset Bluffs was the perfect choice for our ceremony and reception. We were looking for a place that was modern and a place that incorporated the beauty of the outdoors during the fall since we had a fall themed wedding. Although some were initially surprised by cost, for what it included it was very reasonably priced! Fredrick was efficient, attentive and worked with us on getting the most for our money without going over budget. We received so many compliments on having our wedding here. I can't imagine going anywhere else! It was perfect!

My husband and I got married at Sunset Bluffs in November 2021. We had a wonderful experience! We got married on a Friday, and I am happy that we chose to rent the venue that Thursday. We held our rehearsal dinner there, and it also gave us a chance to decorate the day before. Kristen went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly. She was professional and knowledgable about the flow of a wedding, and she helped out with so many things I did not even think of, as well as gave great advice along the way. First, the venue is beautiful. When we booked my daughter's wedding a little over a year ago, we were thrilled with this location. Frederic was very nice and helpful. On wedding day, sadly everything was not as wonderful as we had hoped it would be. We rented the house to stay in for the weekend of the wedding. It was dirty when we moved in (the bathrooms and kitchen were not cleaned) and the house was full of flies. I don't mean a few flies, it was a fly infestation. The infestation was finally taken care of after the wedding, the night before we left. The flies were also all over the reception

My husband and I got married two weeks ago at Sunset Bluffs! It was such an amazing wedding! We’d been planning our wedding for a year and a half and Fred (owner) was very responsive to all of our questions and emails! Fast forward to the weekend of, we were able to kayak, fish, and swim on the beach! It was perfect. Our wedding day went on without any issues and was absolutely beautiful and perfect! When I showed up as to this venue as a bridesmaid, first I was amazing by how beautiful it was! Also, I have to say that Frederick and his staff were dealing with the mess from a bit of a tough group the night before, and handled it with complete professionalism. Me and my husband had an amazing experience at Sunset Bluffs. The venue is beautiful, and my bridal party loved having so much space in the attached house. I had so many questions leading up to the wedding, and Fredrick was always quick to respond and help answer any questions or concerns. He also made sure that the day of the wedding went smoothly, and that all of our expectations were exceeded. All of our friends and family keep telling us that it was "the wedding of the century."

Fredrick has been amazing to work with! We had a caterer screw up the date on our reservation and Fredrick saved us by hooking us up with an even better caterer last minute. Where are ten stars when you need them! I cannot say enough how great this venue is. I am so happy that a place like Sunset Bluffs exists in this area since it enabled my daughter and son-in-law to have the wedding of their dreams. It is just beautiful. Frederick went over and above to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Even when we asked for some things a little out of the ordinary, he did his best to make them happen. Beautiful set up for weddings. Having many friends in the food&bev industry I could tell the Staff was experienced, attentive, and genuinely enjoyed making sure all of the guests needs were taken care of from facilities to cocktails. Very clean, sleek, and modern architecture. The waterfall coming off of the cliffs in the background is something I haven't seen at any wedding in any of the 5 weddings I've been in as a groomsman and the countless ones I've attended as a guest. You cannot go wrong with any picture you take here.

As the MOB, I can not say enough good things about Fredrick and Sunset Bluffs. Breathtaking is just the tip of the iceberg! If you want a secluded wedding where you can relax and forget about everything but your Wedding, this is the venue for you. Not only do they have an upscale hall for your reception - they have multiple ceremony locations available including a white sand beach! On top of that the Guest house is SPECTACULAR!

We would like to thank Sunset Bluffs for allowing us to have a wedding that exceeded all of our expectations. Fredrick and his team were easy to work with and their attention to details shines throughout the venue.
We had the ceremony on the grass right in front of the waterfall. There were more than 150 guests which they were able to accommodate with no problems.

Absolutely magical and one of a kind. The venue has to be seen to be full appreciated. We had our wedding here - with the ceremony on the beach and the reception in the new reception hall. Our cocktail hour was under the big tent. This place is perfect for those who want an outdoor wedding but also want to have strong rain contingencies in place. With quick proximity to stores and restaurants and less than an hour to the airport, the location is more than ideal. There's even an Amtrak station in Washington.
