All of our units are on one floor and there are no stairs to climb. Units also include a fridge and microwave. All linens and towels are provided at no extra charge. Pera's Motel Apartments are spacious and offer separate sleeping and living quarters. All of our units are on the ground level. One and Two bedrooms suites available in both the north and south wings. Maximum number of guests per room allowable is based on beds - double bed sleep two and single beds sleep one.
Pera's Cottages, two large summer homes neighboring each other located on the North side of Lake Road in the historic Mapleton Beach area. Pera's Cottages are only six houses from Lake Erie and have access to a private beach. Entertainment is within in walking distance. Multi-week discounts are available!

Nice little spot down on Geneva on the lake it's in the middle of everything but far enough back away from the strip to get away from all the commotion (about a 3 minute walk). I definitely recommend this motel if you are visiting. They have very fair prices for the location. The owners have been involved in the strip for many many years and deeply care about there service and reputation.

The people in these reviews are sad. Yes, it hasn't been updated in sometime and I hope they never do a major renovation! They do add small updates to each room as the years pass and that is enough. Pera's is an absolutely wonderful little piece of Americana and I hope they stay around for years to come. Whether I am staying with my whole family or it's just my girlfriend and I going to the lake for a weekend get-away, we are always comfortable. Thank you for the memories, Pera's!!

Wouldn't even give them one star... the place is filthy, no living room furniture, bed are over 30 years old, mold on the walls. After seeing the mold we were told to pack our things and go... and they would mail us a check. Driving two and a half hours to get here had to pay for another place and hope our money is returned soon... the girls in charge are incompetent ... and the lady in charge is a c u next Tuesday ... bed bugs in the past and now mold ... not worth the money!! Stay away from this place!
