Services
The venue is located at 1033 Centerville Road Bedford, PA. This is the historic Centerville Elementary building but has been beautifully redone inside and is a clean safe place to have your event. We have hosted many events such as surprise parties, church picnics & baby showers to name a few. Kid Friendly and great for the whole family!.
Love some Thai foods? We offer a little something for everyone. No, let us re state that, we offer A HUGE VARIETY for those who like, love, or have never ever tried Thai foods! From Spicy curries, to noodle dishes or fried rice come and try something new. Although no matter what you hear, not all Thai food has to be spicy!
Meats & sides can be ordered by the half pan or full size pan to suit your needs. 72+ hours notice appreciated and needed for most orders, but we will do our best to accommodate shorter notice times. Please note, all food is prepared fresh and chilled for your convenience. Additional event information such as serving time, venue location, thoughts, ideas, special requests, etc.
Most all of our meats are slow smoked over hickory for 8-12+ hours to develop that delicious slow smoked flavor. We source only the highest quality fresh meats and spices available for a flavor that you just can't beat!. Smoked Pit Beef - Our specialty, slow smoked hickory smoked tender beef that melts in your mouth.
We offer the unique ability to prepare extraordinary food at YOUR location! All food is prepared hot and fresh moments before eating. With us, you get excellent fresh food that hasn't been pre-cooked and held elsewhere and transported in by held hot/cold. We are able to provide delicious food quickly and professionally to serve the masses so you can enjoy yourself.

CVC saved our wedding day by letting us book them for 100 guests in less than a months notice. We worked with Sean, one of the owners to plan our evening. We had plenty of food (with leftovers given) and compliments on the food all night long. We would recommended them to anyone looking for a food truck service for any event! Thanks again so much!!

Pictures in their website looked mouth watering, decided to give it a try from their food truck.. To my surprise it did not even look anywhere close to the picture.. Just a boiled chicken swimming in a coconut milk. I have tried Thai food all over the states and in Asia, it was not close to an authentic Thai food.. Below is the Picture of expectation vs reality.
