Honestly their customer service alone are very genuine and kind, even tho they were extremely busy they still made it happened. I’m sure they felt bad since everywhere around us was booked up the day before thanksgiving and they didn’t want to see us with no transportation. That alone will have me coming back but the service is on point. I’m surprised they don’t have a 5 stars. Can’t pls everyone now, it’s an automotive field they usually not that nice in the industry. But this spot just gives me that genuine vibes, I’m all about that supporting the one that treats people with respect

Cliff is a rare mechanic in that he has excellent service for a very affordable price. He's got the high end snap-on scanner and decades worth of experience servicing T1N sprinters for FedEx. If you own an 02-06 sprinter and need service, this is probably one of the best bets in New England. A great professional towing and repair service outfit. My wife's SUV broke down in a middle the street and it took them less a ten minute to show up. I had the vehicle towed to their garage and all the repairs were nicely done as quoted and the gentleman even gave me a break on my towing bill. Nice people to do business with. My fiance and I were picking up a Uhaul in Troy at 8:30pm on a Friday night when our car wouldn't start. I looked for a 24/7 mechanic and found Kennedy's. They tow 24/7 but their shop isn't open on the weekends. But it doesn't matter. I'm so happy I called them.

My elderly father came out of the store and car would not start. Clear electrical issue. Called Kennedy’s and they were professional and knowledgeable. Send a flatbed within :30 min.
Too car and called me 3x with updates. Was bad battery. Replaced it, reset computers and we were good to go. They could have taken advantage but clearly did not.
Good, knowledgeable service people. I would not hesitate to use again.

They steal out of vehicles when there towed to there lots my bf 800 radar detector was in his car we have proff of it when he went to get his belongings out of the car he flat out said uh my radar dector is missing and all they said was all well by law they are responsible for items in vechicles in there lot according to our lawyer with that being said you guys are crooks and need to be held responsible

I had a flat tire 180 miles away from home. Was not able replace the tire myself because the log nut was stripped by a mechanic in Rhode Island. Fortunately when I called Kennedy's just before closing, they came out to take the car to the shop to fix the wheel. Which they did. I am very happy with their services and I wanted to thank them to take care of my car so I could get back home. I highly recommend their services.

WISH THERE WAS SUCH A THING AS ZERO STARS. Most unprofessional company/people I have ever come in contact with. PREDATORY TOWING!!!!! They came into our apartment complex the day after Christmas and towed all… vehicles to a church parking lot (30 seconds down the road from the apartments) and told us we could not take our vehicles unless we gave them $221.40 each in CASH (in the middle of a dark parking lot in freezing weather). This business is made up of a bunch of lying, untrustworthy, scam artists. They illegally towed my grandmothers car. She at 70 years old was told to run to the ATM and get him $100.00 cash no paperwork no receipt. How Dare They! She was so upset I went there as he was dropping her car and she was not parked illegally! They are dishonest and rude I would never use them for anything ever!

We had an incredibly good experience with the repair of our Dodge Sprinter Van engine. The owner/mechanic was very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. The repair involved the electrical system and the turbo system. $250 of this repair involved material costs for a battery and a pressure hose. This was an emergency repair with a 4:30pm arrival.
