The Kitchen and Bath Center in Alton IL, after showing me a supplier (Omega)switched me to Legacy claiming their products to be just as high quality as the one I had picked. 5+ months later the project is still not complete. The Cabinets are of third rate quality, not worth the $40,000 I spent. They are more like a medium grade supplier with plenty of quality and finish issues. Several side panels were shipped mismatched and its been 5-weeks with no replacement in sight. The person who installed my cabinets told me that I was not the only one who had problems with the quality, fit and finish. I

Cabinets arrived damaged. Was sold on trying Legacy for our personal brand new home. When opening the boxes to install, drawer faces were falling off, cabinets cracked and placement for the hinges were so off that even adjusting them left the doors uneven. 90 days later we are still waiting on fillers so that we can complete our kitchen. Just got off the phone with Legacy customer service and was told that I was not a customer because I was a home owner. Kept getting interrupted asking me if " I was done". Clearly their customer service is a reflection of their product. Unfortunately

Ordered cabinets from this company to remodel my master bathroom. Hinges were off and the faces for the draws fell off before getting the box open. Contacted the company and was told that any issues that I had to take up with the local distributor. Funny how they refer to someone else when it comes to their product. Contacted the regional sales rep and was told that it was not the companies fault that they faces fell off. Again, pushed the issue off to the company that I bought them at. Funny how this company can not take responsibility for their own poor product.

I love working here, but with that being said....it could be better. Most but not all management are useless they don't work and don't really help. It doesn't matter how hard you work you have to pull the weight of the sorry ones and the sorry ones keep their job as long as they show up. A lot of people there should not still be employees they should've been fired for failure to perform their job. We have new people running it now so hopefully that'll change.the company had us on 4 scheduled work days but now we work 6 because of those said sorry people. I have no prob racking up a check but I

Do not buy these cabinets, there is NO customer support for them. I've tried. Over a year. Multiple times. They do not budge. They do not return calls. The regional distributor will not return a call. If your contractor will not support these cabinets, there is no support for them. In the end Legacy would not even listen to me, they told they are waiting for the regional distributor to call them, and when I told them that I've been waiting over a YEAR, they said "I'm sorry" and hung up on me. I have never, NEVER, received such poor customer service. Oh, they're polite

I've rehabbed 5 houses. Tried cabinets from Off he shelf Home Depot to Legacy. Paid the most for Legacy for supposedly 'custom' cabinets. Terrible product and waste of money. After 2 years, my shaker style cabinets showed seams where the paint cracked. Also had to replace door and drawer hardware. Finish showed glue remnants at various exterior seams of doors, and interiors were rough cut. Rarely do I give a bad review - but avoid these cabinets. Go with IKEA - they've really upped their game and make a much better product.
