Perfect visual alignment, crystal clear vision. Had the frame style I wanted with the flex and sun protection I prefer. And was able to have lenses prepared same day. Best experience ever.

This place and all the people in it are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! They treated me so well! What a great place to go to get glasses! I broke my frames and couldn't get in to my optometrist for a month and was having headaches from not wearing them. Vision Source not only got me in right away but my appointment was at 930 and they had my glasses done at 1130. Very knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. It goes without saying that I won't be going back to my old eye doctor. Thank you

I just went casually shopping for a different style of frame so I thought I would stop at Vision Source. Initially, I was impressed with the COVID precautions to keep me and the staff safe. The abilities of the entire team to work together in obtaining my satisfaction with a nice-looking frame for MY face. Sometimes a frame looks cool in the… lighted show-case, but getting a frame to "ignite" my face is unusual. I was traveling to this beautiful town from Arkansas when I had my glasses get damaged. I called many places around to see if they can help or if I can buy a set of contacts. After finding little help, we called Vision Source. Not only were they willing to help us, they even called my optometrist back home! To my surprise, they were very generous and gave me a free set of contacts to hold me over till I got home. Amazing customer service and very friendly people that work there. They make this town stand out even more! Alexandria, you got some good people!

I was traveling out of state for work, and either left my clear prescriptions at home or lost them; so I looked for a place locally that could give me a quick turnaround time on glasses so I could drive at night. The other problem was that LensCrafters wouldn't give my my prescription over the phone.
Walmart referred me to Alex vision. When I called they told me the dr was heading out of town but would stay if I could make it there quickly, so I ran down there.
He took the rx sunglasses I had, analyzed the rx from them

I had the BEST experience with the entire team at Alex Vision Source! From the eye exam to selecting new frames, every effort was taken to make sure I was completely satisfied! I also greatly appreciated the time, honesty and effort LaMar took to get “everything perfect” with my glasses and sunglasses!! I appreciated the attention to detail.
In… addition to the great service, the frame selection was fantastic! They even let me come to the office to try on frames when the rep was in town. Again, extra effort to make sure I was satisfied!!

We recently moved to Alex from a major metropolis. I could not have been more impressed by the technology and expertise we received at Alex Vision Source. What an excellent example of big city amenities with small town hospitality! Our 4 year old had her first eye exam today. The entire staff was welcoming, patient and thorough. I’ll be coming back soon for an exam and referring friends and family!

Alex Vision Source was amazing, I was afraid of changing eye clinic but sure glad I did, they educated me about my eyes during the eye exam and when I came back to look at frames I got personal care and attention and they didn't mind I had my one year old daughter with that got into everything. I was able to take a pair of glasses home the same day because my other ones had a scratch on them. Alex Vision Source you are GREAT!
