I dealt with Ronny Gregory, who went over and beyond. My new Corvette came in missing the rear spoiler that the dealer was supposed to install. The holes were pre-cut at the factory. Ronny discovered, on the day that I was flying in, that the spoiler was sitting at a business awaiting delivery. He drove to the business and personally picked it up. He then had two installation guys stop what they were doing and quickly install it right before I arrived. This totally made my day. Started our weekend thinking we were buying one car, but ended up driving up here to buy an even better one. Found out the hard way the dealership we were dealing with doesn't hold a car, even when you've started the paperwork. At first we were upset that our salesman failed to mention that to us (we had to leave to get to our daughter's soccer game and he didn't say anything!), but within 3 hours we not only found the car we were meant to have, but drove it off the lot. DFW peeps- it is absolutely worth a quick drive to Whitesboro if you're in the market for a new Chevy

Excellent buying experience. I live approximately 60 miles from the Holiday Chevrolet dealership. After buying a ZL1 from Luis Lopez I was glad I made the trip. As a long time Chevy owner I have been repeatedly disappointed by the Chevrolet dealerships in the Plano area. Luis was very professional in every aspect of the transaction. He was very familiar with the ZL1 and answered all my questions. Holiday completed the make ready on the car while we were completing the financial component of the transaction.
