Services
Dr. David was born in San Juan Puerto Rico. After being a waiter for 12 years, the physical demand of the profession took a toll in his body, leading to having debilitating low back pain issues which left him bedridden and unable to work or go to college. After trying everything under the sun he found chiropractic and it was there that he found his true purpose in life.
Get a head start on your health by strengthening your body, and treat existing conditions to heal and recover faster while increasing strength and endurance. The chiropractic adjustment is the most important service in our office where everything else builds upon. The chiropractor applies a short quick input into the joints correcting the misalignment of the bone.
A small misalignment (Subluxation) can only get worse with time, so addressing this injury quickly can mean a faster recovery time and fewer health problems down the road. Addressing the spine's alignment should be the #1 priority for restoring the body's nerve flow so that proper healing can occur.
Chiropractic care for children is gentle and safe, removing nerve interference and tension on the spine allowing your child's body to self-heal and self-regulate. At Express Life, we don't check and adjust children because something is wrong, but because we want to ensure that everything is right. Before the end of a child's second year, their neural development at its highest.

I started taking my daughter at 8 months old to help her with constipation. But I also started seeing improvements in her motor skills and sleep, I wish we had started sooner.
The staff is very friendly and very good with small children.

I was in serious pain when I came to Express Chiropractic. I had seen many doctors and specialists, most of whom told me I was just going to have to live with it. This amazing people had change my life!
