Coastal Livery Transportation Services

Coastal limousine billed my credit card for a service that was not provided and was told that they will not credit the credit card billed.
They stated I would have a credit with this company for future service which I would NEVER use.
The company representative told me he would issue a credit back to the credit card but after inquiring why it has not been done, I was told I now have a credit with Coastal Limousine. NOT what I was told initially..
I would NOT use this company.......................

Right from the beginning, Coastal was quick to respond, accommodating, and dependable on our wedding day! Nicole and Joel were always returning my emails within a day. Our driver, Alex, arrived thirty minutes early which eased some of the stress of transporting everyone. He was a good driver, always making us feel safe, and got us to our destination when expected. The SUV was clean as well. We would definitely recommend Coastal to anyone looking for transportation services in and around Boston, especially for weddings!

Always professional and on time. Don't worry if your flight is delayed coming home. They always check. I have used them many times. Highly recommend.

My family has used Coastal for years- I highly recommend, and in a resent experience they went above and beyond! I hired them to take 7 teen girls to Boston for brunch and back for my daughters bday, our driver, Phil texted me updates during the day to let me know the girls were safe AND he even went out and bought the bday girl a balloon while they were at brunch. CLASS ACT and SERVICE! Not to mention the prices are great!

The best limo company I have ever booked! Our driver was SOOOOO patient and so kind! I ran an hr late and he didn’t fret at all. He got us to our destination just in the Nick of time. I would definitely book again and again! Also a day or two before my wedding I had requested a different limo rather than a sprinter and they went above and beyond and made it happen for me! I've been using Coastal Livery for years, mainly for airport travel. Always on time = stress free! 24, 12, and 2 hour booking reminders keep your mind at ease. Safe and courteous drivers. Clean and comfortable vehicles. Easy booking and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Used Coastal Livery for my Labor Day wedding in Scituate to shuttle everyone from Norwell and Hanover to Scituate for the ceremony and then back to Hanover for the reception. The wedding party used the new… party bus and we used a suburban for some extra guests. They were awesome! Both drivers were wonderful, the vehicles were pristine and what a great time we all had on the party bus! It really made our drive back to the reception fun! I can’t wait to book the party bus again for a night out with some other couples! We were having so much fun we joked we were going to have the driver

Our driver was texting me before our flight even took off to let us know where and when he would be waiting for us. He knew our ETA even before we did. Exceptionally clean and comfortable ride to the Cape, and got our holiday weekend off to a great start. We will definitely be repeat customers!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for our wonderful experience (from booking to the actual ride) with Coastal on 8/22/2020. Firstly, we so appreciated the reduction in the 5 hour minimum, as we just didn't need all that time. Secondly, our driver, Phil was awesome! I had tried to get a birthday balloon for my daughter before we headed into our hotel but didn't have time. I hadn't even mentioned it to him- but when we got back into the limo after the 2nd stop, Phil had a balloon in the limo waiting for her! I use Coastal whenever I need a ride to or from the airport. The service is very reliable. They keep in touch and watch for your flight in the event anything changes, and not only does the company send you reminders, the driver will also be in contact via text message. They have clean vehicles and some newer models. I have had 4:30am pickups that were out in my driveway 15 minutes early. I highly recommend using this service.

Wouldn’t use anyone else! They’re the best and so reliable. We’ve been using them regularly for years.

I have used Coastal Livery on average once per month for my business travel since 2014. Sometimes, I need to call for an airport ride with less than 4 hours notice.
Joel and his team have always been able to accommodate me, even on such short notice.
I also use Coastal for my family trips to the airport, the drivers know my kids names and ages.
Those little things are why I continue to depend on Joel and his team. Thank you, Joel and Team.

What an amazing experience from coastal livery. Alex texted us when he expected us to land, advised us where to meet him and like clock work, we met, perfect timing. He was gracious, took our luggage immediately and then after our long journey we slipped into the most comfortable sedan seats ever! Water waiting, he told us about the city and then we arrived to our destination. Best way to travel...

Coastal Livery provides excellent service and their chauffeurs are professional, courteous and helpful. They provided service for us to and from Black Falcon terminal in the past 2 weeks and sent us notification starting the day prior confirming pick up and drop off. On the morning of, the assigned chauffeur texted to provide name and expected arrival.

We've used Coastal Livery numerous times to and from Logan Airport and have never been disappointed! The drivers are always on time, professional and courteous. We even had one flight that was delayed by 4 hours (arriving at midnight instead of 8:00 pm) and the driver was still there waiting for us! We wouldn't even consider another service!!

I have hired Coastal Livery many times but the main ones were for my wedding, an airport run and for a night out with friends. At my wedding we had a town car and a limo it worked out perfectly. The chauffeurs were fantastic rolled out the red carpet and even had champagne waiting for us.
