Windows installation was good. The installers were on time and professional. Windows look good. My problem was the customer service at window world. I’m aware of delays for shipping and installation and understandable. Ordered windows August with a date of installation for October. When October hit no installation I called and received date of mid November. On the day of installation on a Monday Nov 28th received call driver truck broke down and have to reschedule. Didn’t like the fact customer service did not leave message. If I had not called number back I would have been waiting at home

Professional, polite, customer focused, efficient. From start to finish Window World delivered. The receptionist, Donna, set the stage for a successful transaction. She worked with our schedule to ensure we had enough time for a thorough, informative first consultation with Bill, our sales representative. Bill explained the entire process, showed us a sample window that would be installed, demonstrated how the windows worked, the benefits of the window we choose. He provided options for upgrades and was gracious when we declined to take advantage of the upgrades. Next steps went exactly as described

Our home, a post-war split-level that was built in the 1950s, was renovated roughly 20 years ago and was in dire need of both new vinyl siding and new custom windows for the bedrooms.
Matt, our salesman, knowledgably presented the product options and was completely transparent with pricing. Window World's estimate came in significantly less than the two other local competitor
