I had a new hot water heater installed today and I was so impressed with the young man, James, who is a mechanic or a technician for Vaughan. He was here right on time, first appointment of the morning, told me exactly what he was going to do, laid down tarps, etc., no nonsense… answered every question I had with a smile. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. James can come back anytime when I need my heater serviced!!

I was informed that a technician would be at my house by 8:30 to start the installation of my new heater and central air conditioner. On Thursday two technicians James and Matt arrived at my house at 8:30 am as promised. James informed me it would take two days to complete the entire job. We have three dogs, which James and Matt where totally accommodating to make sure we could let them out while they were working outside the house. They were very neat, clean, and respectful and answered all our questions and never seem to be a problem. As promised the job was completed on Friday and after finishing

Our whole experience with Vaughn was great from the initial salesman to the installation. Tony Pelligrino was quick to come and see what we needed and give us a quote. James and Matthew were very professional and patient with all of our questions. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why they needed to be done a certain way, which we appreciated. It was done in a way we could understand. They were very thorough and also cleaned up when they done.

Great experience with Vaughn. They worked me in for a same day appointment for an air conditioning failure. Rocco arrived about 4 hours after I called the company. He did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing the system quickly. Previously, our home warranty company had done some work on the system, but they didn't bother to clean it out or remove obstructions / vegetation that had gotten into the unit.
