Got a flat 11 min outside of Rexburg late Saturday. The car needed towing, so these were the first people I called since they advertise 24-hour service. After trying a few times someone finally picked up who told me that they didn't have anyone to help and didn't know when someone would be available. Certainly not that day. Yeah, that isn't 24-hour service buddy.

My car got into an accident and was totaled and for now I am having to drive a rental car until I find a new car. My apartment manager was very nice and gave me a temporary parking pass for the meantime. The next morning I noticed my rental car had a boot on it and guardian towing company wanted to charge me $70. I told them I have a temporary parking pass and that I am totally authorized by my apartment manager to park in the parking lot. Guardian (the towing company) said they went around at night and couldn't see my pass even though it was clearly visible thru the windows. They also said that

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Super friendly and helpful. I was surprised that I was only charged $250 for needing to be pulled out of the snow. He got out of his truck and shoveled a bunch after spending 20 minutes plowing the road in front of me. Best encounter with a towing business in my life.

Had my fuel pump go out right outside of Felt on my way up to Bozeman. Insurance company wouldn't get a rig headed our way. Gave Darren a call and he was to the spot as quick as he could of been. He not only got us off the side of the road, but when I told him I was going to change the pump in the Autozone parking lot he offered up his heated shop. He helped us get it out, go grab a new one, and get it back in. Cant express my gratitude enough. Don't hesitate to use All American Towing they rock
