Do not work with this company, I have completed multiple loads for them with no issues and as soon as they found 1 problem with one of my drivers they took us off their list and put us on a no haul without notifying us at all, we really relied on this broker and they just threw us under the dirt as if we are nothing.

*** BE AWARE *** Do you like to wait FOREVER to get paid? If you do like waiting, then this is a broker for you. Factoring comp's dont approve them because they pay late. We ran some loads for them and learned hard way why many trucking and factoring companies are staying away from veritiv and have negative comments. We ran loads for veritiv in 2016. Paperwork was submitted in orderly fashion just like for every customer. After 2 years of attempting to collect, they have finally paid their bills. Disgrace to the industry.
