What is a Conventional Home Loan? A Conventional home loan is not guaranteed or insured by the federal government. A conventional loan refers to a mortgage that follows the guidelines of government sponsored enterprises (GSEs) such as Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. Conventional home loans can be classified as conforming or non-conforming.
Eligibility You must have suitable credit, sufficient income, and a valid Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to be eligible for a VA-guaranteed home loan. Steve did a great job and made things easy for me as a first-time home buyer and small business owner. All I had to do was provide my tax information and bank statements, and he did the rest of the work for me of coordinating with the appraiser, insurance agent, and title company. He was even able to complete everything 3 weeks before the closing date. Everything went smooth without any hiccups. Would highly recommend.

The process was easy from day one. Steve does all the work. Just provide your documentation and he will find you the best rate possible. I literally had to fax some W-2’s, Pay stubs and my Drivers License and then show up to sign paperwork at closing. Used a local title company and Steve is local. Saved me over $100,000 switching to a 15 year loan at a better rate. Highly recommend
