IGTech365 is the Company you need to use. They are knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and very very responsive. Josh Holmcombe Chief Operations Officer is absolutely a pure joy to deal with, and has even pulled off to the side of the road and worked on my computer remotely when I needed help. IGTech365 is a fantastic company. We have been using managed services from them for about 2 years. Whenever we have a problem, a computer goes down, can't get on the internet, etc. we give them a call and they are quick to resolve our issues.
There is no 15 minute hold time or longer with IGTech. They generally answer on the first or second ring and almost always are able to get our issues resolved within that 1st call. If they need to schedule a call back, they are always prompt which is hard to find in the field of managed services.
We are very happy to be using IGTech365 and would not hesitate

My company, Fleetistics focuses on selling GPS trackers, ELD and telematics. We have been outsourcing all our IT networking, computer repair and help desk to IGTech365. They manage our Office 365 account, do our backups and keep our employees happy so they can focus on work, not dealing with computers. If we have an issue we submit a support ticket and they fix things remotely most of the time. If a computer is slow or not working, they diagnosis remotely and fix it with the least expensive option. If you need a backup to your IT person or don't want to have an IT person on staff, give them a call
