Very disappointed with our experience. Had a nice man named Jack who was taking care of us but we never heard back after our estimate. The flooring was on sale and we wanted to lock in the price and still have yet to hear so are moving in a different direction. Overall I had been in contact with the company for a little over month and have yet to hear back any numbers or move forward.

Purchased wood flooring for our house the previous Fall and we're very pleased. Came back to look at area rugs. Spoke with Mr. Hansen again about what we wanted. He took us through the warehouse and explained about the rugs but that they did not carry many area rugs. After discussing what we wanted he gave some suggestions on other locations that may provide a better selection and size we needed. We really appreciated the service. This is what brings us back to Floor Fashions.

Excellent service. I recently found myself needing a rug pad and was unable to get anything in the box stores besides overpriced, poor quality foam waffle pads, that I would have to cut to fit. The selection online is overwhelming and product information is nearly nonexistent. In one five minute phone call to Floor Fashions, I had more information than a week worth of online research. The very knowledgeable Jack provided unparalleled service and in no time I had a quality, custom cut rug pad for a fraction of the price.
