In 1979 Robert Koppenhaver Builder and Contracting Co was founded by 3 men with a masonry schooling background, a dream, and a single pick-up truck. Through years of dedicated hard work, relationships were built around the community and the Koppenhaver name was starting to be known. They branched out from doing just masonry and learned new skills within the general contracting industry.
The company decided to expand their warehouse and move out of a garage in one of the owners back yard. So in 1992, they purchased the old Hubley Township High School and renovated it to be better suited for their business needs. They now had more space to store the tools and equipment they were purchasing.
