I have been with Lawn Plus for several years. I really liked how you only “needed “ 4 treatments with this company. My lawn looked great. Then the next thing you know they are adding treatments you didn’t request. In 2019 I requested an Aeration . What I didn’t realize with this company is once you have a service you get that every year . They repeated the aeration in 2020 but I made the mistake of just letting it go because my Dad had just passed away unexpectedly.
Now they just repeated the aeration again, when I questioned it they said it was up to me to cancel and once you request

For several years Lawn Plus has managed our lawn maintenance. Every year our lawn looks better than the year before. Recently, we reached out to Lawn Plus for a large backyard project that involved removing a large amount of concrete, tree stumps, and rocks. Cory did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire process. Scott worked alongside Cory to complete the job. Both men worked very hard over a span of several days to get our yard in shape. It's evident this team takes pride in the work they do. They do not cut corners. We couldn't have asked for better service and will not hesitate

First time was great. Second and third time was terrible. Big clumps of weeds all over the yard, clover and some type of vine with flowers on it. Told them the 3rd time about the problem said they would take care of it which it didn’t. Had big black spots in the yard after that with all the weeds. Only thing he put in his report was clover there was a lot more than that. As far as being nice that wasn’t a problem. Just did not take care of our problems.

This is the second year I have used Lawns Plus. Last year I paid after each treatment and this worked okay. This year I prepaid for the entire year. That was a mistake. I have had to call them numerous times to schedule my prepaid lawn treatments. I am still waiting for the fall treatment. Called their office on November 16. They said they have until December 15 to complete this treatment. Doesn't seam like a good idea to apply the fertilizer to frozen ground. They did say that they could skip this treatment and credit the value toward next years service. This does not work for me because

I had this company do one lawn service and then I cancelled. I was told they would send their arborist "Doug" for my initial lawn treatment so he could develop a plan on also servicing my arborvites and shrubs. That wasn't who they sent. In addition, I have 2 dogs, a fenced yard, and locked gates. I was told they would call ahead the day before. That didn't happen either. So zero for two with a new customer. When I called their office, "Jeff" had no idea why "Doug" didn't do the service. No apology. No offer to tell him to call me. Nothing. I mailed
