No Limit Towing

Wow so No limit towing is very unprofessional. They told my grandma who is 80 years old that they were going to pick up her car from quick lube and take it to urness motors because her car has been broken down for a week and then I get a very unprofessional and disrespective Text message from the owner as he is cussing me out and claiming that he never said that when he did in front of witnesses!!!!

I guess the limit for "No Limit" towing is scheduling a couple days in advance. Said he would try to pick up Tuesday evening if Wednesday didn't work. Didn't call or show to either. Funny how businesses can no call no show all they want but as soon as an employee does it they are terminated.

My car broke down five miles from my house. It was a Saturday afternoon. Our insurance company called a handful of tow companies that advertised 24hrs tow service...none, absolutely none of them were willing to come tow the car...we gave up for Saturday as it was getting late. Called first thing Sunday morning to try to find a tow...No Limit Towing was very quick to respond , we didn't get a ton of excuses...he was on his way! Thank you Micah for his quick, caring and friendly response!! I highly recommend him!

First off I’d like to say excellent service . Wife and here friends decided go on a road trip with the new truck , they get a flat tire away from home it’s the most nerve-racking situation that can happen. Being over two hours away there’s literally nothing I can do. Very professional and quick got towed from Moisor to the dalles and not sure if this is common didn't have to pay out of pocket. I just showed him my insurance information and that's it. So that was nice

Micah ived sooner than expected, it was a Saturday so the shop he towed me too was closed, so he recommended a restaurant for me to wait for my ride to pick me up.

Micah was friendly, professional, and super helpful. We accidentally locked our keys in our car and he responded quickly and helped us out.

Micah is friendly, knowledgable, and prompt with communication and keeping in touch. I asked him how much a tow would cost and he told me that it should be covered with my insurance since it was being towed to an autobody shop. Sure enough, he was right. I am grateful that he suggested it because there was a miscommunication on my end and I thought that I had to pay out of pocket!

Micahs on the ball and always ready. I use him frequently for b2b and he's honest, fair and goes the extra mile. If he can't do it he tells me so. He is prompt both with his truck and return calls.

Micah's great. I've dealt with a few different tow truck drivers over the years, and Micah's the nicest I've met. He has a crew cab, which was nice and clean, and my whole crew fit in his rig. And being in the middle of no where, everyone liked that.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Called for a tow at 11:00 this morning through my insurance co. The insurance co. said they would be here in 45 minutes. By 2:00 I grabbed my phone to find out what was taking so long to find the driver had called and wouldn't come get me until I called them back. I live in an area with limited cell coverage. The person I spoke to on the phone said there were a couple of tows before me and he would be here a bit after. By 4:00, I still had not heard from them. I called and they said that they still had LOTS of people to get to before they get to me. I

These guys are awesome. I got stuck in The Dalles and within 10 minutes they got my vehicle and got me to an auto shop. If you need towing.....go No Limit baby!!!!!

We were quoted a price of $500.00 to tow our truck from The Dalles to Portalnd which I thing is high to start out with. We gave the a credit card number over the phone so they could bring the truck and our driver back here. Now I see that they charged our credit card $771.50 for the trip. This is for something that took them about 3 1/2 hrs max. Don't get ripped off use somebody else.
