Metals are considered a non-renewable resource, which can run out over time. Because of that, metal recycling is growing in importance. Over 200 million tons of metal are recycled annually. Metal recycling helps us save energy and helps us conserve our natural resources. The great thing about recycling metals is that they don't lose any of their properties during the process, which means they can be reused an infinite amount of times.

I have never had an issue here. They might pay a few penny's less than others around the corner but it's worth the loss if you can call it that? I saved time and time is money. Easy in and easy out. Now on the down side watch out for the grumpy scale operator/cashier. Catch him on the wrong day maybe even before lunch he's a grump. All and all he's ok. And you can buy used, new metal there. And here's the bonus if you see something in the yard you want you can buy it providing it's for sale. I seen a washer dryer set I put it on my truck at that time paid 17ยข a lbs. Money for your metal. All there is to it. Sold an Old mower that had 20 good years. They weigh your vehicle, you drive through gate, they unload, you swing back round to front, they re-weigh you and pay cash for a whopping $4.40. Of course if you have a trailer full of metal you get more cash. But if you'd rathe r nit just dispose of a mower for the junk yard they will recycle for cash.
