I write this review in hopes that anyone seeking gainful employment with this company sees this before they make the tragic mistake that I did!!!
I’ve wasted years of my life in what can only be describes as a extremely toxic environment!!! The owner Steve is literally a sociopath! He claims to have built this company from the ground up but it was actually given to him by his father Vick, who was actually a descent man with morals and respect. I don’t know how such a great man raised such a POS!!!

Very disappointed in the education staff has on the contracts and communication amongst eachother. I recently called because I wanted to switch services and asked if there would be a penalty or cost to cancel. The employee's response was no, asked for address and other details. So I went ahead with what he asked then switched services. The next month I got a bill for the following month. I called the office and asked for assistance, they had no record of me cancelling, they said if that was the case I need to pay the remainder of my contract ( that automatically renews for 2 years).
