The hardest part about starting a business is starting. We have talked a lot about how to make the leap into entrepreneurship but we rarely talk about the end game. My review was originally 5 stars, but unfortunately my business was dropped by Singletrack without confirmation because I wanted to speak to Kim on the phone about why my banking access had change (which it hadn't, I just couldn't understand what they needed from me from their digital communication system). Phone support was not included in my package, so I couldn't talk to her by phone about why my current package was not working out without paying more money. Singletrack does have affordable packages, but they make it seem like your business will be taken care of even at the lower price point

What an awful experience, I paid $80/month since July of 2020 they send you these reports you better understand them because you only get one question per month. As a new small business some hand holding is needed and they don't do that. I questioned Kim as to why she didn't call me on some apparent issues and she apparently is a bit of a hot head and fired me right after taking another payment from my account. Fired me right before taxes, nice work sup[porting small business! Glad I know who I was dealing with before wasting another year and taking my money.
