I made an appointment with Code 3 (Scott). On the day of the appointment, he did not show up for the appointment or call to cancel. Scott informed me that he was sick. Based
on my experience, I will be contacting another company that can get the job done. Also, please read the other negative reviews. They have similar issues concerning this business. (Example: not showing up or illnesses)

I scheduled a roof cleaning for a Saturday morning a week prior, and Scott texted me on the Saturday morning that he could not come due to equipment malfunction. No issue. We re-scheduled for the following Tuesday morning, and confirmed. Tuesday came and Tuesday went. I waited. Nobody arrived, no messages, nothing. The company may quite possibly do good work, but if they do not keep appointments, whats the point? I cannot recommend them.

Called last week Monday and set up service for that Wednesday. I called around a few companies but decided to go with that company because of the owner’s knowledge about roof cleaning procedures , let say he spent about 30 minutes on the phone explaining to me and that was very nice and showed he cares about his work.
He came on time and started working immediately getting the roof, driveway and patio done very fast . They all look brand new. the price charged was fair for all these work.

We live in Courtyard at The Grove in Weston. My husband spoke with Scott and made arrangements for roof cleaning to be done on Thursday November 19th. Scott never showed up and never called. My husband had to call Scott to find out why he didn’t show up..... no reason given. We rescheduled for Sunday November 22nd. Again, a NO SHOW, NO CALL.... NOTHING!!!
